Your data stays on your device

Ember Journal does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All journal entries, emotions, coping plans, and activities are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

No accounts or sign-up

There is no account creation, no sign-up, and no login required. You can use the app immediately without providing any personal information.

No tracking or analytics

Ember Journal does not include any third-party analytics, telemetry, advertising SDKs, or tracking of any kind. We do not know who you are or how you use the app.

No data sharing

Since no data is collected, no data is shared with anyone — no third parties, no partners, no exceptions.

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription, payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store any payment information.
